Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We will deliver Products in Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man at £10.00.

All international delivery costs are available by e-mailing support@makeablind.co.uk

We will advise you of any delivery charges before you place your order at the checkout.

After you have received our Order confirmation, we will make all reasonable efforts to dispatch Products within three weeks of the Order Confirmation. We will let you know as soon as practicable if we cannot deliver the Products within 15 working days of the Order Confirmation. If for any reason we cannot deliver the Products to you within 30 days then, if you require, we will reimburse you any money you have paid. We will make any reimbursement as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of you cancelling your order.

It may occur that an event outside our reasonable control prevents or delays us from processing your order, manufacturing the Products, delivering the Products or performing other obligations under this Contract. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as practicable. While this event subsists, we will not be liable to perform our obligations under this Contract.

We shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where we are unable to deliver Products due to the incorrect delivery address being provided by you, we reserve the right to charge a further delivery charge.

Returns

All orders are made to your specifications and once you have received an Order Confirmation from us, you will be unable to cancel or return the order. However, if you change your mind before receiving an Order Confirmation, please contact us by telephone on 0141 339 0120 to cancel the order. Please note that we will usually issue a Order Confirmation within 24 hours of the receipt of your order.
As all products are all made to order, we will not be able to accept returns of the Products unless the Product is defective.

Check the Products as soon as possible after you receive them. If you think that a Product that we supplied is defective then please contact us by telephone on 0141 339 0120 and we will arrange for the Product to be collected from you.

We are entitled to arrange a collection of the Product, inspect it and confirm any fault. We will then arrange with you either a full refund for the price of the Product, or replacement of the Product, whichever is necessary after discussion with you. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. If returned goods are not faulty carriage will be charged at £10.00 per order.

We will refund any sums paid as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receiving your cancellation. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Please note there is no facility to return goods to a store which have been purchased online.
